Drawing inspiration from the lake and its lush vegetation, the interior palette showcases deep, saturated blues and greens. These colors echo the natural hues of the water and foliage, creating a sense of tranquility and immersion within the space. The combination of organic shapes, jewel tones, and curated lighting elements produces a dynamic interplay of light and shadow, evoking a serene and enchanting atmosphere.

The transformation of the former Medici Coffee space into a stunning two-story office for Moreland Properties is a testament to the attention to detail and luxury aesthetic. Functional flexibility was a key consideration in creating the office space. The goal was to provide the clients with areas that could adapt to private meetings or open up for large events and group gatherings. The overall design aims to evoke the ambiance of a luxury hotel or residence, aligning with the aesthetic of the properties represented by Moreland.
